2023 Intentions – Will your child be continuing with Charters Towers SDE next year?
It is a requirement that
all Home Tutors/Parents must complete the Continuation Form (PDF, 1.44MB) and return to
enrolments@charterstowerssde.eq.edu.au, indicating their intentions for the 2023 school year.
*The entire document must be completed if your child is continuing. (If anything else is required you will be notified by the school individually.)
*If you are ceasing your child's enrolment, complete the first page only.
Failure to return these forms by
no later than Friday,
11th November 2022 will mean your child will
not be enrolled to start classes for the beginning of the 2023 school year.
